Return & Refund Policy
Generally, all sales are final.
In any case where a product is unusable or damaged, we will accept a return 7 days after delivery has been completed. This includes the evidence of photographic proof of any damages, along with a photographic proof of a shipping receipt. Once we receive the returned item, North Bound will then give a full refund (and provide a credit for the shipping costs, as we are unable to refund what has not been paid directly to us).
Please use the return address on the original packaging. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
North Bound will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
